How do I measure my wall?
Measure the total width and height of the area to be covered. We recommend allowing a small additional margin to make fitting easier during installation. The configurator then allows you to adapt the design to the dimensions of your wall and define its framing.
THE SUPPORT
What wallpaper do you use?
Each ALBA SOREN design is available on three carefully selected backings, to suit different finish and installation preferences.
Matte non-woven — 150 g/m²
A matte-finish, PVC-free backing, ideal for a simple and natural look. It is installed by applying adhesive directly to the wall.
Premium non-woven — 195 g/m²
A denser backing with a matte surface, offering a refined finish and a striking display of the design.
Pre-pasted non-woven — 165 g/m²
An alternative designed for easy installation. The adhesive already applied to the back of the backing is activated with water, according to the instructions provided.
To see the colours and texture before placing your order, we recommend ordering a sample of the design in your preferred finish.

Will the colors be exactly the same as they appear on the screen?
The colors shown may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and brightness. The final appearance also depends on natural light, artificial lighting, and the tones in your home.
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
How do I hang and maintain my wall art?
Our panoramic wallpapers are designed for a meticulous installation and a long-lasting finish.
150 g/m² matte non-woven and 195 g/m² premium non-woven
Installation is carried out by applying adhesive directly to the wall, using an adhesive suitable for non-woven wallpapers. The pre-cut and numbered drops make it easier to position them in the correct order.
165 g/m² pre-pasted non-woven
This material has an adhesive pre-applied to the back, which is activated upon contact with water. It therefore does not require the application of a separate adhesive. Please follow the preparation and installation instructions provided with your order.
Preparation and maintenance
For an optimal result, the wall must be clean, dry, smooth, and properly prepared.
For maintenance, opt for gentle dusting and avoid abrasive products. Any wet cleaning method must be compatible with the chosen material.

MANUFACTURING
How is my decor made?
Each ALBA SOREN mural is prepared according to the dimensions of your wall, then printed on demand in FRANCE. The file is adapted to the final format before printing, then the mural is cut into panels adjusted to the pattern to reform the composition as a whole.
This custom manufacturing allows each mural to be produced specifically for your project, rather than resorting to standard formats.
DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
Your decor is made to order before shipping. The production time is 48 hours, to which shipping time is added. Delivery information is specified at the time of ordering.
